We offer supports for young people who are experiencing a tough time or are worried about drug and alcohol use, mental, physical or sexual well being. All of our services are free and there is no formal referral required. If you or someone you know is having a tough time a referral to headspace is easy.

Cathy is an asset to this office in christies beach. She has helped our family strengthen and bond in ways no other professional has been able to. Can not thank her enough for all her help and knowledge. My daughter loves coming to see her. The reception staff are always happy and friendly. Lovely people to interact with. Highly recommend this Headspace office to any one needing any help in the southern suburbs of Adelaide. 🙂💞💞
Poor communication. Disappointed
After going here for about 2 years I went through 8 different councillors. Only once was it my choice to change. This was hard because of the abandonment issues I had from childhood trauma that I had told each of them about. By the end of it I was told to go to the ER because I wanted to end it all. They even threatened to be in control of all my income and put me under a sort of house arrest? That was never brought up again and was just flat out confusing.
