Receptionist Sophia was a bit rude. When asking for information regarding another site she told me to ‘just Google it’ before hanging up without letting me respond.
I hate this centre they ruined my life I was forced on injection meds (Abilify)I didn’t even need at the time it made me so obese resorted to weight loss medication (duromine) I ended up in psychosis I went in to hospital now I’m on medication for life because of these scums if I wasn’t pushed onto medication in the first place I never would of gotten fat or needed to be medicated for life avoid this place Inala is better has a better reputation than this centre
I’m not mad about being rescheduled, what I’m mad about it not being told until 5mins before my appointment….screw that, I’m mad that whoever rang me can’t even use preferred names like everyone else at headspace who have rung me….you’re supposed to be helping young people, not making them feel more alienated than they already feel
My psychiatrist came into an appointment about getting my medication changed. Completely ignored my complaints, completely ignored my explanation of how my medication worked, then had the audacity to tell me. “I don’t have time to read everyone’s file”when she ended up being wrong. Literally just a completely useless company that is paid by the government to get more workers into the box factory. I was told that the best possible way to manage my mental health was to get a job.
