Doesn’t seem like a very trust worthy place to go, especially with kids. My child told me they had a headspace employee come down to their school a while ago and say some mysogistic comments towards the girls mental health side of things, not taking females mental health that seriously and saying that they always tell their friends about their problems and suddenly they feel better, please actually employee staff who will help everyone, not make comments like this.
Can i rate this service as a negative please? Absolutely appalled with the Mackay Headspace. Telling someone they have only spoken to while booking an appointment that they need to cancel it now as they dont feel you are that urgent of a case and that you can wait. Excuse me!
