hi, i used to do headspace more than 2 years ago. i miss my counsellor, but i believe i missed a call and she had never called again, nor any emails from headspace. i dont want to think that they dont care, but i wouldnt go back again.
I’ve been several times over the past month. And my review reflects only the last visit. I have had good experiences here, but the last one is worth mentioning in case others may have similar turnabouts. It’s been over a week and when I suddenly recall it, I feel like not going back to any more appointments. To say the least, I had a bad experience with Andre. It was a while ago now but still gets to me when I'm reminded of it. My kid was seeing a counsellor there (possibly Jo), but had to go away for a week or two and was told that she could continue seeing her when she returned, only to be told that her books were closed when she got back & tried to make an appointment (my understanding was that she was already on the books, not that they even asked for a name). Terrible phone service and booking system. No confirmation text or email and an unqualified receptionist who cannot listen. She was not rude I don’t know if it’s the phone or if she has hearing issues but they need to get that fixed before they send out the wrong appointment again. Do these people not know how stressful it is to be waiting weeks for our appointment only to discover it’s been booked on the wrong day and clashes with work or school because the receptionist misheard them.
