Just show up to give the doctor free money. Get the doctor report. No day of the week? Spelt my fake name incorrectly. I chucked it into a bin. Went home, had dinner at 6pm. Nothing gets fone at any doctor place. Dr. Atkhar sucked. He hated the job. Showed up for money. Dr. Loke sucked. He's dead now. Now stuck with another middle aged man who told me to see another doctor. Over 40. Over 30.
Was set up with a therapist who was either inexperienced or was not very good at her job. Therapist did not give me any helpful advice or strategies and told me there was nothing she could do beyond suggesting deep breathing. She additionally made me feel guilty about my problems and suggested my problems stemmed from pseudoscientific issues relating to my soul. Did not have an incredibly positive experience.
