not even a one star worthy. the staff who entertain customer queries is RUDE!! Not a relaxing space which "they claim to be". False advertisement if I may refer our case. Taking customers just for the and not for quality of service. Never coming back and wont refer. Not getting all the included services for what we paid for and the audacity to be rude. The team is very friendly and nice
Slightly disappointed in the care I have received I have been here previously and would rate it more than 5 if I could but went recently and the lady I’m with made a suicide joke without reading her notes obviously and without realizing that’s actually the reality for some of us. Just lucky I’m not as vulnerable as I was when I first came to headspace she’s a bit young maybe just avoid the young therapists if you’re looking to be taken seriously. Very scary and disappointing
