Slightly disappointed in the care I have received I have been here previously and would rate it more than 5 if I could but went recently and the lady I’m with made a suicide joke without reading her notes obviously and without realizing that’s actually the reality for some of us. Just lucky I’m not as vulnerable as I was when I first came to headspace she’s a bit young maybe just avoid the young therapists if you’re looking to be taken seriously. Very scary and disappointing
So so welcoming each week I come. My psychologist is absolutely amazing and she's so supportive. Love the reception team. All staff are so supportive. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
