Had a bad feeling the moment I spoke to the East Asian receptionist. She spoke really dismissively when I said I was a young adult instead of a teenager and she was insinuating that the younger people took priority over me. Just because I'm older, doesn't mean my problems are smaller. Also realised that there's no clear communication between receptionists and the onboarding team. Mentioned my availabilities multiple times but they don't bother to cross check with records.
Won’t help a teen in crisis. Will talk about how they help but that’s it. If you want another service dumping you in their ‘too hard’ basket you’ll find it here.
We had an interaction with Simon . It was so obvious he doesn’t know anything about supporting youth and have no empathy and could not facilitate and understand the issues . It is a waste of government money to have this established here .
