The people there Don’t care about your mental health, you can easily tell that they don’t care about you and they give up on you very easily. Tried it, trauma dumped, became depressed for days and got nothing out of it.
This place only has the Aboriginal flag and Progress Pride flag. They obviously are not inclusive of Australian people and Torres Strait Islander people.
This place is amazing. Would recommend freinds and family to go here. The staff here is amazing and it is a nice place
I previously saw a psychologist at Castle Hill Headspace who kept involving my father in my care and even visiting me at home without my knowledge based on my dad's request. The staff here seem to forget that I am an adult and I felt like my privacy was not being respected. I have since found another psychologist who fully respects my confidentiality and boundaries. With their support, things are now well under control and I only need to check in every three months.
