I previously saw a psychologist at Castle Hill Headspace who kept involving my father in my care and even visiting me at home without my knowledge based on my dad's request. The staff here seem to forget that I am an adult and I felt like my privacy was not being respected. I have since found another psychologist who fully respects my confidentiality and boundaries. With their support, things are now well under control and I only need to check in every three months.

Didn't help! Kept calling and spoken to people from this centre for my daughter who was depressed and didn't get no where, they are not a good service.
