When I was younger about 6 years ago now, they were excellent. Only bad thing is that you have to wait at least 3 weeks.
I've only had the best experiences at Headspace Canberra, both in terms of the quality of the psychologists here as well as the receptionists who are all very lovely. They offer a variety of different services to suit your own personal situation and they are highly professional, informative and effective. Highly recommended to anyone thinking about therapy (:
