leaving a child with no access to their medication because her treating GP has left and basically being told bad luck, not my problem is irresponsible and terrible service. No care or concern. This isn't my first issue with this place but unfortunately options are limited.
Got through a lot of issues here and became a better person because of it. The social groups were really good, and I wish I had longer than a year to spend in Australia. Truly found myself and uncovered the ability to engage in activities i never thought i would be able to do. ALL the staff there are amazing, but especially the people on the front desk and the people who run the social groups. IY and Tom are legends.
Such a nice place, very cozy environment, everyone is very nice and welcoming. They have plenty of social groups that are nice to attend :)
