I've been going for several years now and while the waits for therapy and more difficult to get treatments is long, I found the receptionists, GPs and therapists they have all kind and helpful. I've waited less at headspace than at private practitioners for treatments and found the same level of care. Overall, all staff are really trying their best to help everyone.
I asked to be diagnosed at 15 but was told I was too young and they gave me a planner and told me emotions change. I have bpd now😳
