Horrible experience. Didn’t feel seen. Didn’t feel respected. Didn’t feel any empathy. The culture there felt really toxic to me. Even my google review- the manager phoned up about it and I felt incredibly patronised the entire call. Which was my experience with Headspace as well summed up
Really poor experience here. The whole organisation felt like a cult of people with the dismissive avoidant attachment style. Not fit for a crucial empathetic role in society. Showed very little care and felt unseen and judged the whole time by many different people. The only person I met there that showed egalitarian respect and people skills was… the exercise physiologist I had a call from the paranoid manager to speak about my review. Felt unseen, unheard, gaslighted. Poor levels of empathy here. Very dismissive condescending people. There is more than enough to go around
