Receptionists were great and so was the person that I saw although it wasn’t an official psychiatrist/therapist. It was a student doing their placement and also the rest of the employees are social workers, so I give it 4 stars. I don’t think therapy is for me, but my time at headspace was amazing nevertheless. Highly recommend if you’re the type of person who needs guidance in processing your thoughts and feelings.
I saw the Psychologist Tara at Headspace Ashfield for a year in 2019 and received the best therapy I’ve ever been provided. Tara is so kind, knowledgeable and understanding, I would highly recommend her to anyone!
The staff are friendly and welcoming. Fantastic place for youths 18-25. very supportive environment. I wish I had a place like this to turn to in my late teens and early 20s.
