I have mental health. I came out of the dentist and I saw this place called head to health for mental health so I went to the receptionist to ask what it was all about. She looked at me like I was stupid. So I said I was just wondering what this place is about and what it has to offer as I've got mental health. They never force you to do anything and never release information without your consent unless you're in/are a serious danger. It's an inviting space and most workers are friendly and understanding, main issue is that it's easy to fall out of touch with them, if you have a depressive episode and can't make two appointments in a row, they'll take you off their lists, and after that you have to go through the whole beginning process again. Receptionists are beautiful people and make an effort to remember you by name and make you feel comfortable in the space. This headspace in particular has the best selection of mental health professionals compared to other places I have visited within the Albury/Wodonga area. The only criticism I have is how long it takes to be provided with a councellor after the intake process, but it's worth the wait in my opinion.
Sam Carter must've been there for 5 mins and that's all, these guys actually help. If you're willing to speak your mind.
Total waste of time and is not a confidential service. You are better off taking your child to a private practuce
