i started seeing a psychologist through school in july as i couldn’t afford going private anymore. i didn’t expect it to be as good as going private but it’s amazing!! they have so many services and online platforms too. i have general anxiety but mainly health anxiety and trauma issues relating to that and the psychologist i’ve been seeing for about 5 months is absolutely a life saver, i feel so comfortable talking to her and get a lot out of my sessions and i feel so much better. obviously everyone has different experience... read more
