Waited 3 weeks for a phone appt just to tell them why I want to get councelling and all my background info. Then they tell me it’s upto a 4 month wait. My mental health is affecting my lifestyle now but let’s just wait 4 months until it gets worse. You’d think they’d tell me that to start with.
I have been getting help and I feel heard. They are super helpful and will continue going
The government actually waste our tax payers dollars on this place. I was warned not to waste my time making a appointment for my child. Yep should have listened. 20 minutes on the phone with the Muppet that talked to my child, done only harm and no good. I probably should have done more research and checked the qualifications of the person. What do they care they live off government funding . The government need to really look at where they waste our money. Take the advice I should have taken.
They lost the drs referral twice. Clearly paperwork and records are not a priority. This does not help people's well-being.
Child is worse since going to head space!!!!!
