I reached out to headspace over 8months ago for my teenage child. We had our initial appointment within 2weeks, at that appointment I was told my child was a high priority and would have his 1st appointment within 2weeks. It has now been 8months. I have contacted headspace multiple times to be told he is at the top of the list and next in for an appointment but it has now been 8months!
