Dont go here honestly they tell your family what you tell them and are so judgmental
Some of the staff are great, however, others sometimes make ill-informed assumptions and talk about their personal issues too much. I understand that relating to a client is helpful, but sometimes it takes away from the session. It's great that it's a free service but there appears to be limited understanding of complex mental illnesses which can cause some staff become reductionistic.
