Marcus does excellent work. I ended up with some excellent photos for a new website. And, importantly, the process itself was easy and professional. Although I was late arriving, Marcus patiently waited and was very forgiving. Despite the stress I was feeling from running late, he quickly put me at ease. Professional and courteous, and also very efficient process to take, retouch and deliver my headshot. To keep this short, I'll just say it was perfect in every way and I could not be more pleased with price, process and results. Tip: be sure and ask for direction and also parking instructions. One last thing: I brought my blazer & blouse in on a hanger, and changed right there in their changing room, and that worked out really well, plus it kept my clothes unwrinkled and crisp.

Very disappointed in my experience. The session lasted maybe five minutes, we took less than ten pictures, and I could only change outfits if I paid another $50. Later that day I was sent the picture sizes I had requested. I was not sent proofs to review and discuss, simply the final picture. I was under the impression this would be like every other photographer I ever used in that I would have some say or input as to what the final picture(s) used would be. They are conveniently located in central Dallas for my firm, but we had a large group of executive, so the headshot photographer came to our Preston Hollow/Highland Park branch. Very professional, crisp and clean - just the caliber of image we need for our financial services. Good job.

Spot On. Extraordinary retouching. This headshot photographer really knew his stuff and had it down to a science. I was in and out back to my busy workday before I knew it. Fast turnaround with retouched headshots delivered in just 2 days. Exactly what I needed for my marketing, press releases, online use - even my LinkedIn profile. Would recommend.
