I placed an order with Headsets Direct and was pleasantly surprised to receive a proactive email from Meghan D. in order processing shortly afterward. Without any outreach on my part, she took the initiative to explain how the sales tax was initially estimated and let me know that a refund would be issued for the difference. She also provided an updated invoice for my records and informed me that she would follow up with tracking details once my products shipped. This level of customer service is rare these days.
