Very polite and professional. They have helped me rehab a very old sprinkler system and it works great now!
Had Great experience in the past. But this last time a new service person came said he fixed everything .after I paid the invoice realized I had more problems than before and they also sent a $500 estimate. talked to service manager to fix problem. Will post again if they take care of the issue
We are a Condo Complex in Va. Beach, Va. We have worked with Heads Up for years. this year they charged us to open our system, never came back to repair the sprinkler head issues, and then sent us a cancel contract email, leaving us with a damaged system. I would not recommend them for a multi unit sytem. Very disappointing after the owner made promises 3 years ago for a major upgrade to our system

I feel it is necessary to post my experience with Heads-up Sprinkler Systems. I requested service due to shorting out the electrical cord to the pump. I explained in detail what I needed and was told it was something they could due. After paying the up front deposit of 95.00 and waiting a couple of weeks for the appointment. When they arrived for the service call, I was told it wasn't, and I needed a electrician. I repeatedly explained what I was told , and what I needed before scheduling.
