Update - Owner quickly followed up on this review. Owned the situation and offered to quickly remedy the situation. Stuff happens, I get that, and he didn’t make excuses which I appreciate. Still a great experience on the initial install and seems like they care about the customer experience, especially when it isn’t great. Messy and don't cleanup
Blair came out this morning (early within his allocated timeframe) and winterized my system. Told me exactly what he would be doing and the time frame it would take. Great service! Thank you, Blair!
This morning, I saw Blair in my neighborhood working on other customer's systems. My appointment to winterize was scheduled for almost two weeks from today. Our temperature is dropping below freezing tonight and I asked Blair if he thought my system would be okay for one quick cold snap. He gave me great advice. Much to my surprise, the office called me later in the day and said Blair could squeeze me in TODAY because his other jobs went quicker than expected!
