From the moment I called to make an appt to the moment I brought the car in to the moment it was done everyone was very nice and thorough. I felt welcomed while waiting for the inspection and chatted with the ladies in the front area. I received a detailed printout of what was done and what should be done soon and/or at a later date. I recently moved from NH to VT and was worried about finding a new mechanic. My worries are over!
I asked them to replace my thermostat. They wanted to charge me $225 to “diagnose” the thermostat I explicitly asked them to replace. When I let them know I didn’t want them to diagnosis it just replace the part, they refused me service. Replacing a thermostat shout not cost 400 plus. They will swindle you. Go elsewhere.
