We want to commend Heads Up and their Service Manager Tom for the responsive service we received in fixing our leak. We have found Heads Up great to do business with.
My sprinkler system was not covering my lawn adequately. Tom from Heads Up Irrigation visited my home and in one hour did a fabulous job in setting my heads so that the sprinkler coverage is now excellent. He was courteous, friendly, and professional, and the price was reasonable. Based on this one experience, I would highly recommend Heads Up!
They were able to work me into their crazy busy schedule, Chris quickly identified the issue, and was here less than an hour after putting in the drip system I needed. Great work and excellent customer service. Highly recommend. 😁
Heads Up Irrigation really came through when my sprinkler system starting leaking. Their team was responsive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly and handled the repair at a very competitive price.
I can’t say enough good things about this company! I left a message to schedule some minor repairs on our sprinkler system and received a call shortly after from Kim; their next available appointment was about a week out. The following day, I received a text from Kim saying they had a cancellation and did I want the tech to come out today, which I gladly accepted.
