Just getting back into the gym it has been exhausting but rewarding, Kirrily is amazing and great at communicating also knowing how I'm feeling.
Felt welcome since day 1. Great services and great trainers. Would recommend to anybody looking to improve their fitness! Also NDIS affiliated which can be hard to find :)
My experience with the team at Heads Up has been nothing short of amazing. They do a great job creating a friendly environment where all trainers and clients feel welcome, making the sessions enjoyable as well as productive. Highly recommend Sophie and her team!
Sophie is an awesome Exercise Physiologist who has been helping me improve my health, fitness and self-confidence for over a year. She knows how to motivate me, while also fostering choice and control in my own mental health recovery. I cannot recommend Heads Up highly enough!
