I have gone to Heads Up a few times and had my hair cut by Erica. I needed an appointment yesterday and Erica was on vacation so I booked with Shanel, who was filling in. Big mistake. I had a senior cut, and don't have a lot of hair to work with, and I asked Shanel to take care of hair I had in the back that was flipping up. She took care of it by basically shaving it off and leaving a hair line above it that looked like a bowl cut with no hair on the neck line.
