The staff is friendly and truly loves the dogs they care for. After going to other groomers, I will only come here. My little one comes out looking great and has won awards for being so well groomed. Their daycare rates are unbeatable and my dog is always excited to go. Also, unlike other daycares, she never smells funky when I pick her up so that is a major bonus!

Fabulous JOB – brought my puppy chow chow for a cut and groom, and he came back so cute with an amazing cut!!!! I feel safe leaving him there for there day care, he always loves coming back to play!!! Keep up the Great work!!! I recommended them to all god owners. :-) !!!!

The worst grooming in the world – I took Bailey, my wheaton terrier in for a bath and a haircut. Granted he was matted from the weather but I gave specific instructions as the length to cut his hair. When I picked him up, I was totally shocked by his appearance. He was raggedly shaved almost to the bone and his head was left as before. It was weird. Plus they charged $170.00 to butcher him!!!. They are nice people but STAY AWAY !

Yorkie has a vacation at Heads to Tails – We went away for passover (to Florida - where else?) and we sent Cokie on his own vacation to E 72nd. He played with the other Yorkies every day, was well fed and beautifully groomed ..... he even has a n ew girlfriend named Lola. Heads to Tails provided all these services (including the girlfriend)!!!! Thank you Heads to Tails!

A perfect get away for your pet – I was truly amazed at the facilities available, from the outside the place doesn't look that big but once you're in, it is massive and has many different rooms for various activities, from the basic shelter, cleanin & bathing, play room, outdoor section, its a one stop shop for my dogs, I can leave them all day, go about my work, not only are they pampered and bathed, cleaned and blowdryed but its an extremely friendly atmosphere, and the staff is very gentle with the pets. . Appreciate your business integrity and your love for the ani – Thank you so much for taking good care of my kids, Maya and Stella! The staff was very caring and patient with me. They did everything I asked to make sure my babies were happy. They didn't seem to mind my check-up calls thru the week. exceptional service – Thoroughly please with my entire experience from beginning to end. My dog who is a little timid when it comes to grooming was totally at ease the whole time, which will keep me coming back for sure. Very nice decor, and arrangement for all different types of dogs. Highly recommended.

a happy puppy and owner! – Great service prices and really fit all my needs. I stopped by as this doggie "boutique", just opened and I was so happy with the service from the moment I walked in that I decided to try it out... I am so glad I did! The set-up is great big enough for my Golden and they have different areas for small dogs as well. Anyway they groomed Max and he looks beautiful. I am definitely coming back to use them the next time I go on holiday. Two paws way up!
