My mother had been going there for a few months, I had to cancel her recent appointment after her youngest daughter passed , had to leave a message. My mother called twice to reschedule and again it went right to your answering machine. No one bothered to call back. It's not easy to find someone to cut hair in Sublimity and at 97 she can't get around easily . It's a shame.
