I went to the gym (validates 3 hours) and movie theater right after (validates 4 hours. But because the LAZ machine cannot validate a ticket more than once, I was charged. I called the person on site and they said I should've pulled out my car and pulled right back in, which is ridiculous. They made no exception despite me providing proof of both the gym + movie theater visit.
Well maintained parking lot and very easy to come in and out
Not enough parking. Plenty of empty spaces in a blocked off area of the garage that you cannot access.

I had such a great experience with this parking garage! I called in with an issue and spoke with Hana, and honestly she was amazing. She picked up right away, listened to what was going on, and made me feel completely comfortable. You can tell she really cares. she solved my problem in minutes and took all the stress off my shoulders.
