Machine wasn't printing tickets and nobody came to assist when there was a long line of cars backed up into the road. Calling on the machine, they just said to 'back up' when that was impossible due to cars behind them, leaving cars sandwiched and unable to move. Terrible service, unusable at times, and hazardous, and they don't even care to fix anything.
Paid for parking got charged twice. $5 then the ticket said it was the wrong time. 230am when I paid at 1030pm. Fix your times in the ticket machine. Literally robbing people including me.
Always willing to assist and help given that it's a challenging parking lot to manage.
