Made an appointment over the phone. Drove up and sat around for a few minutes. Then was told my appointment wasn’t till a half hour later. Witnessed a walk in who was turned away. Not at all impressed. They had my name and phone number so when I left I thought they would call..great promo to spend $45 for 3 haircuts might be questionable if they can’t schedule and keep appointments.
