My mom got a haircut that turned out just awful! It looks like a bird's nest - uneven and messy! It seems more like the work of a student than a professional stylist. I feel so bad that she even had to pay for something like this. And I feel even worse that she didn't want to go back to have it fixed. She cried the whole evening. The only good thing is that hair does grow back.

This salon is absolutely terrible. Me and my mom went to this salon, and we had a terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude, both in person and over the phone. They chopped up my mom's hair, leaving it uneven and disgustingly styled. Coming into the salon my mom had very long and fulll hair, People always thought she had extensions and she make it very clear she barely wanted a trim and blowout.
