The last time I had my hair cut and styled, Cosmetologist Megan left my hair in curls and never brushed it out. This is the only time in my life that a cosmetologist left my hair incomplete. At past appointments, different cosmetologists did my hair each time because of high staff turnover, so I have not had a regular stylist. For future appointments, I want a cosmologist that will finish my hair; otherwise, I will select another beauty shop.
