It's been 15+ years since I found Headquarters Hair Design and am back like clock work ... every month. Visiting with Franceen ... is always a great experience with a fabulous result ... beautiful cut and color. I receive rave reviews from family, colleagues and friends. I’m very disappointed with Headquarters Hair Salon. My mom’s perm didn’t work out, so we scheduled a follow-up appointment to try a haircut to fix the perm not sitting well. Unfortunately, she was admitted to the ER the day before the scheduled appointment and was hospitalized for three days. I promptly informed the salon that we couldn’t make it by responding to their text alert reminder.
