I usually go to the Kendall location where I always receive great service. Since I was in the Hialeah area, I decided to stop by this location for an oil change and tire rotation. As soon as I arrived, the service advisor told me there was a 3-hour wait since I didn’t have an appointment — which I completely understood. The issue wasn’t the wait time, but that the advisor seemed more focused on upselling and charging for extra services rather than actually helping me.
