Terrible experience, complete and utter lack of communications. Dropped of my truck for repairs after an accident, and later received a call giving me an estimated completion date of the following Tuesday. I ask if they could also perform the regular maintenance as well since my truck is still under warranty and they were going to do an update or some stuff anyways for a safety recall that my car had. I was told that they could and if anything somebody from the Service department would call to let me know. A couple days pass... read more
