I wish I could give zero stars. I brought my car in for maintenance and was quoted one price by Edwin Sanchez. I ended up waiting over four hours, and no one updated me—I had to call myself to find out what was going on, even after another employee mentioned it was unreasonable that I had already been waiting three hours. When it came time to pay, my bill had an extra $100 added. When I asked Edwin about it, he claimed he had told me that price beforehand, which is not true.
