Muy mala experiencia. Llegué ahí sólo para hacer un cambio de aceite. Le especifiqué al muchacho que sólo quería el cambio de aceite. Terminé pagando $130. Dólares. No sé qué tanto, le revisaron al carro Pero salí de ahí, y comenzó a sonarle la banda a mi carro 😡. Y mi carro no tenía absolutamente nada de ruidos antes de llegar ahí. Definitivamente, no volvería ahí.
I recently purchased 2 new Mazda's from them. With the second one I got a card for a free oil change which said good for 6 months. My first car was due for an oil change so I called and made an appointment. I had to drive 50 miles to the dealership from where I live. After I arrived I was informed that the coupon was only good for the other car which was now out of state. The service manager said the coupon was only for the other car and refused to honor it. Car was over warranty for the issue, Anthony Flores and his service team managers stepped up with Mazda Corporate to help with a new transmission. I called to inquire about getting a flat tire fixed and received the BEST service possible. Steven, the service manager, is absolutely incredible. From the moment I spoke with him, I knew I was in good hands. Not only did I need a new tire, but I also required a new rim.
