Very disappointing experience. After the facial, the customer was left with visible marks on their skin. A facial should not leave someone with this kind of reaction. The salon should take more care with their products and techniques and take responsibility when a customer is injured.
I went for threading and upper lips. Preet was so gentle and patient with me infact I requested to remove some nasal hair which I don’t think they offer but she very carefully and gently removed it for me and made me feel very comfortable. I asked for laser treatment she didn’t try to upsell but gave me all the information. I often go to them for self care but I would definitely ask for Preet and she is a professional laser technician which I found out today. Such a nice and humble lady.
