The owner of this shop is very rude and hangs up on people after asking a simple question.
The guy that runs this shop is incredibly rude. If you call with a question and the answer is no, he will say no and instantly hang up on you. If you try to call back they won't answer the phone. I called with a couple of questions but as soon as he answered the first one he hung up. The positive reviews are from friends of this guy.. Take a look at the number of 1 star reviews. This guy is the worst... has zero customer service skills and I am surprised he is still in business.
Called because I need a motorcycle inspection I was polite and respectful and informed him that my registration is going out on my Amazon bought motorcycle and before I could finished that sentence he hung up on me there has to be a better way as a mechanic to say I won't touch it...I get that some won't want to go near these bikes but why be rude?
