I had a fantastic experience getting my hair dyed for the first time! Shannon has been cutting my hair for years, and I finally decided it was time for a change. The results were amazing, and I really appreciated being able to come back for a quick toning adjustment to get the exact look I wanted. It was such a smooth and enjoyable process—highly recommend!

I booked an appointment with Shannon and arrived 5 minutes early. Instead of greeting me at the door, she started to dye another clients hair making her 25 minutes late to my appointment AFTER she already pushed it back by 15 minutes. She then cut my hair too short and was very rough with my hair. I requested her to cut my curtain bangs a little shorter (I already had the bangs and just needed a touch up) and she cut the bangs straight and uneven. I just moved to the area and did not know which salon to go to; a neighbour of my folks recommended Krista King and oh I am so pleased I went. She understood what I wanted and took the time and care to provide my vision. Partial highlights more around face and a root melt down. Plus she did a few bayalage pieces around to blend and add dimension. She also did an amazing haircut. I am incredibly happy and highly recommend 👌
