Just got my haircut at this amazing barbershop and had an excellent experience with KB and Mathew. Both barbers are highly skilled, professional, and really pay attention to detail. The fade, lineup, and overall haircut came out super clean, and they made sure everything was perfect before I left the chair. I scheduled my appointment with Loyd two weeks in advance. When I arrived at the barber shop today, I was surprised to find out that he was not there. Carlos, who was very polite and professional, explained that Loyd had an emergency and could not make it. My concern is not the emergency itself, since unexpected situations can happen to anyone, but the lack of communication. The first chair barber(KB🌟)was very nice and pleasant. However the second barber(all the way in the back on the right, MATTHEW) was VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. Walked away when I was talking to him, just loud for NO reason. This was my first time in that shop and will be my last.
