Booked an appointment and showed up and the guy who was supposed to cut my hair wasn’t even there that day. Make sense how I make an appointment and yall have no idea about it and I come in and nobody can take me. Did nothing to try to get me seen, everyone else was “too busy” 1st time in and my last.
Tried a few barbers but would get randomly canceled on after making an appointment. Finally settled in with Liz and she is great. Reliable and on time
Carlos is a great barber. I just wish not everyone knew it! He’s got a long waitlist, so booking an appointment can feel like trying to get tickets to a sold-out concert. But the wait is worth it—Carlos always delivers a great cut!
First time here. Came is an a walk in and was completely ignored. Sat patiently and waited. Some other person came in and asked if they had room for walk ins and immediately took him to a chair. Poor customer service.
Eddie and Liz do it right!
