They ruined my hair. I came in with platinum blonde hair and asked to have a balayage root touch up. I now have brown, black, purple, and red hair!!! Don’t go here!! I then called so upset but politely asking for help. They assured me the manager would call me as soon as she got in. When she didn’t call after 5hrs I called back. I loved the young lady that did my facial. The people in the back were wonderful, but the ones up front need an attitude adjustment and trying in how to make appointments. I made it for two, gave them the names. So we show up today for only one appointment. So whoever took them didn’t take them correctly. Then on the way out, we really got the attitude. Not called for. But remember those doing the facials were wonderful!
Omg, Kayla #37 was amazing and Michelle was a hoot. so glad I came. Also taking my son from hair beyond 8 inch and messy. Kayla took him back to a clean cut amazing style.
