Worst place to get your hair color or highlights done. Either they use expired products or very cheap ones. They burnt my hair, it's been a year and a half since I got my highlights done there and my hair is still not recovered. I spent more money fixing and repairing then anything else. The reason of 1 star is about Elizabeth she not professional at all with 0 respect . I went there for my laser hair removal after 2 seasons I asked her be honest with me I’m not getting anything results I knew as medical esthetician you need more sessions it’s depends on hair growth too. But she didn’t answer me she said I can’t take you find other place for yourself. Got a haircut from here, barber did exactly what I wanted. Everyone in the shop were so friendly, will definitely be coming back.
Mercy took such good care of me during my visit!! She was kind, professional, but also so personable and really showed that she cared. I will definitely be returning and I know who I’ll be requesting.. thank you guys so much for the amazing experience!
