Steve was my barber for over 2 yrs since Caps Off which he wasn't prominent at that time. I was a valuable, dedicated customer receiving A MINIMUM of two haircuts a month. On 3/12/2016 I booked my appointment for 3/13/2016 at 12:30pm. I notified Steve 1 hour prior informed him I may be 15mins late. I arrived with 5 customers ahead of me. My turn came for haircut with me only asking to fade my edge's additional. His reply was for me to return at 18:30.
