Never shipped item. Won’t reply to email. Did not provide refund. Update - received the item over 8 weeks later. After doing a charge back..

These guys are scammers! Do not do business with them! I placed an order over a month ago, but after waiting for several weeks and having my emails and calls ignored, i finally was forced to file a dispute for the charge. That motivated them to respond to me. Now they have said they will refund me, but are not actually doing anything, and once again are ignoring me.

I placed an order nearly 4 weeks ago, and received a confirmation with an estimated delivery date of about a week later. That day came and went so I emailed them requesting a status update. No response. A week later I sent another email requesting a status update and I'm still only hearing crickets. I tried calling but so far I cannot get anyone to answer, and their voicemail inbox is full (probably of other victims). Wish I had read these negative reviews prior to my order. Im disputing a charge now. Never received the product and they didnt respond to my email and phone call. Bad business
