SCAM! BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I ordered 1yd x 1yd or headliner on Feb 20th and paid $119.20 including shipping. Today is May 1 and the owner has still not sent my product. He is near impossible to reach but the 2 emails I got back he made up excuses why he hasn't sent out my product yet. I am contacting my bank to let them know I was scammed to try to get my money back.
I chose Headliner Express because it claimed to be OEM and the testimonials on their own website were good. When I eventually received the material it didn't come from Headliner Express it came from a place called Veteran Services in LA. The color did not match the OEM and I expected to get enough to do the headliner but was only sent 1 yard of material for $65.00. I disputed the purchase but was told I should have read the fine print the material was $65.00 per yard not $65.00 to replace the headliner. It takes about 4 yard... read more
You can easily get better quality material at 1/4 the price. Headliner Express will charge you $260.00 for the same material you can get for $65.00 anywhere else!! I mistakenly ordered $65.00 worth of headliner material for my BMW from Headliner Express thinking it would be enough to replace my headliner.
