Very poor customer service. Installation team demanded our roof and they refuse to contact me and my husband back to fix it. Even the CEO belittle us in an email. Do not use headline solar.
Headline Solar has an amazing sales team. After I contacted them, they went out of their way to make me understand solar energy. I ended up with a lot of knowledge, and now I am using solar as my main power supply.
Do not work with them ! They are scammers, don't waste your time with them. I signed contract with them at Jen 2023 , and its already May and nothing installed, I tried to call them more than 20 times on a different phone number, I sent them emails , they just ignore me! This company could care less about "making solar simple" they installed on November & the solar panel system didn't work for 4 months Jared had to forcefully send a team real late to fix them that don't even know what their doing. No payment was made for the solar production lost.
