We run a small body shop in Atlanta and we use Headlights 101 as often as we can. There are a lot of companies that refurbish lights and most of them are glued back together, look like crap and don't come with a warranty. Their headlights look like new and they get them to us quickly. Haven't done many repairs with them but the times we have we couldn't even tell that any work had been done to the light.
When I first saw these reviews I was concerned but I spoke to Matt and he explained that when you read these reviews you will see that they are actually for another company. They have tried to fix this on multiple occasions but can't get the help they need. I have a 2016 Lexus RX that had a broken lens and they were able to replace the lens for me within a few hours and it saved me a ton of money. They did a real nice job and we plan to use them again.
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a supposedly "professional" business. This place is obviously ran by ignorant, ill-mannered monkeys! I spoke with higher management(not sure that should be their title) and was literally hung up on.. I will never attempt to put any amount of my money into this terrible company again and I will refer anyone I know to any pest service EXCEPT Massey services.
Excellent service! I called the office after hours because I had a noise in my attic. The manager came out that night to check my attic and set traps. They caught a rat the next day. Customer for life!
I went to massey to remove squirrels from my atic and seal their entrances. Three different techs came to my home and only one was brave enough to get close to the corner of the atic were the squirrels would live. They were unsuccessful in removing any pest but that didnt stop the from constantly asking for payment. I believe in paying some for COMPLETED work. Noone would show up for weeks after calling.
