Destroyed my lug nuts, bent a stud, and took them almost three hours to change two tires. Completely awful place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE NO MATTER WHAT.
paid 900 in cash for a set of tires and they wasnt balanced right and now one has a bulge I. the sidewall they dont have 500 miles on them. they want to say I lost a wheel weight. no they put about the size of my hand or more on the problem tire to get it out the door. thanks crooks
Had a tire fixed before heading to St. Louis next morning tire is flat again and we are at airport to pick up family in St. Louis called to asked what should be done and the lady was very rude and not concerned with me being stuck saying you have to bring it back for us to verify where it is leaking now to pay again to get the tire fixed 200+ miles from home! Won’t be back!
I was charged $25 to take off 3 lugnuts, which probably took all of 5 minutes. Never would have had the service done if they had quoted the price in advance, and I asked.
Not worth anything. Took a tire there to get fixed. Pulled the nail out. Didn’t even patch it or realize it was the valve stem leaking not the tire
My daughter was stranded on I-44 today with a flat and no spare. They came and got her and the tire and put a new tire on. So thankful for these kind people.
A Big Thank You for helping my granddaughter that had a blowout on I-44..and getting her back on the road and home before dark.
An hour and 1/2 wait for them to put a tire on, which I already had it literally just needed to be put on the car. (Would have done it ny self but didn't have a jack) and charged me $15. Major pain, they weren't good at communicating what was going on. Probably will never return.
