Incredible place night or day. I went just after last event for season. No fee to go into park. Multiple trails and on waterfront too of course. Views of bridge.

We recently visited the dark park during our trip to Mackinaw, and I was extremely surprised by how well-maintained and clean the park was. All the other visitors were incredibly friendly, and we had a great viewing experience. There was even someone there with a powerful telescope who let us view the rings of Saturn through it—that absolutely made our night! Huge thanks for such a memorable experience. 10/10 would recommend!
