Staff members are nice and professional however I haven’t been able to reach them via phone since my initial visit, not a Ney or Yay . They haven’t returned any of my calls so I’m not sure if they’re still open cause it’s been over a month almost 2 and no one reached out to inform me if I was accepted for the trial or not
I am writing this review based on my personal experience with the staff at Headlands Research in Orlando, Florida. To start with some context: I originally called regarding a clinical trial. I was up bright and early, calling right around their opening time at 7:30 AM on 12/02/2025. Every single time I dialed the main number listed, I noticed the same strange pattern.
